- UK delivery will take 2 – 3 business days to reach you once it has been shipped. Someone will need to be at home to accept and sign for the package. If no one is in, it will be held for a week at the delivery company then sent back to the company where you will need to pay to have it posted again.
- Postage costs are based on the amount spent on the total order and UK prices are as follows;
- spend up to £40 and postage will be £2.46
- spend up to £80 and postage will be £3.50
- spend up to £120 and postage will be £12
- spend up to £170 and postage will be £14.50
- spend over £170 and postage will be £20
- Some locations may not fall into these categories and you will need to find out postage rates from Perfume Point.
- Customs and other fees may be relevant when ordering from abroad and you will have to pay these as requested.

- Any goods that are sent in error must be returned unopened to receive an exchange. This must be done in the 7-day time frame.
- Please keep all the boxes and packets in the event you find the product to be damaged or faulty. They will need to be sent back and this must be done within the first week.
