• If you no longer wish to keep the cologne you have ordered then you have 7 business days in which to send back the goods for a refund or an exchange, which will not include postage costs. Goods must be unused.

• Postage on any items sent back will only be refunded if first class parcel post is the method of return.
• Full refunds or exchanges are only available if the item is returned within 30 days of placing the order.

• Some of Fragrance Directs bottle are marked as “Tester”, this does not mean it has been used. • Other Fragrance Directs goods come as ‘’boxed’’. These will tend to be smaller than the average bottle.

• All fragrances will be marked as Male, Female or Unisex.
