Ordering Aftershave from Beauty Bay: Refunds and Returns Policy
- If you decide that you don’t want the aftershave you have ordered, you can return it to Beauty Bay within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The aftershave must be returned unused and, if wrapped, the seal must not have been opened.
- If you want to return your goods, you must inform Beauty Bay by telephone. Then package the goods securely and return them, using the returns label printed on the dispatch note. You must obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office in case your goods are lost in transit.
- Beauty Bay will process your exchange or return as soon as the company has received your unwanted goods.
- Unless the product you ordered from Beauty Bay was damaged or faulty, you will be liable for the cost of returning it.
- Beauty Bay will not refund you for the cost of delivering the product you have returned. If your product was delivered free of charge, Beauty Bay will make a restocking charge of £2.

- If a product on Beauty Bay is marked as “Unboxed”, this means it won’t have any outer packaging. However, it will be identical to the packaged version of the fragrance. It will be an unused, full bottle of the genuine product.
