Faberge Aftershaves and Colognes

Peter Carl Faberge, the son of a jeweller, was born in St Petersburg in 1846. Once graduated from a commercial school at the age of 14, he attended an extended study trip where he completed training as a jeweller at the House of Friedman in Frankfurt.

In 1872, after returning as a qualified artisan, Peter Carl Faberge took over management of his fathers jewellery company. With his brother, the Faberge business soared to success continuing to make jewellery and introducing the Imperial Easter Eggs.Denim Aftershave by Faberge

After the death of Peter Carl Faberge, the House of Faberge has been under the control of numerous directors including a George Barrie who first introduced a line of fragrances from Faberge between 1964 and 1984. Brut Cologne by Faberge became one of the best selling fragrances at the time and the company continued to produce refreshing scents.
