Yves Saint Laurent for Men: Aftershaves and Cologne
Yves Saint Laurent started working for the designer Christian Dior in the 1950’s. Following the death of Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent was in charge of the company, successfully saving it from collapse.
In 1962 Yves Saint Laurent stopped working for Christian Dior and founded his own fashion label, finding popularity during the 1960’s with the beatnik look, and designed a range of ground breaking clothing including the reefer jacket in 1962 and jumpsuit in 1968.
Although Yves Saint Laurent retired in 2002, the brand remains innovative and popular, continuing the ethos of Yves Saint Laurent’s artistic talents. Today Yves Saint Laurent produces a wide range of fashion products, including men’s fragrances.
