The House of Creed re invented the use of the ingredient sandalwood in this fragrance. Usually a bottom note in any aftershave, it is used as a middle note in Original Santal. Its fusion of fresh and woody auras creates a refreshing zest yet maintaining its masculinity.

- Top Notes (fragrance lasts about 20 minutes) Cinnamon, Coriander and Juniper Berry
- Middle Notes (fragrance lasts 3 – 4 hours) Sandalwood, Lavender, Rosemary, Ginger and Orange Tree Absolute
- Bottom Notes (make fragrance last longer) Tonka Beans and Vanilla
